BAA Family (board members, coaches and parents),
 
I have sat here at the computer for a long time trying to find the words to thank everyone for their help with this weekend's events and games.  Thinking back, I found that there was no way that I could thank each individual person - this email would end up being very, very long. 
 
From the planning and set up, to the registration, to the events, to the barbeque, to the games, there were so many people who made this weekend a truly enjoyable and memorable event for 270 youth baseball and softball players.
 
There is no way that one, two, or even twenty people could pull off such an event.  Without the volunteer help of board members, coaches and parents, we could not show our pride and support of these players.
 
I don't know that I have the words to express my appreciation and respect for the sense of comradery exhibited and unselfish dedication of so many people.  It just reaffirms the sense of community that is fostered through participation in our youth sport program.
 
Again, this event could not have been a success without the help of so many volunteers who donated their time.
