Refund Policy:
· A team will be charged 50% of the entry fee if it cancels within 30 days prior to tournament
· If a team does not give a 2 week notice, it will forfeit the entire entry fee
· If inclement weather should limit the number of games played, refunds will issued as follows:
o 1 Game played – 50% of entry fee
o 2 or more games played – NO REFUND
