INSTRUCTIONS FOR GAME NIGHT!

MEETING PLACE:

SOUTHEAST side of the Stadium on Broadway near Gate 1

This Gate is on Broadway, south of the Ford Plaza.

You should assemble on the East Ramp after entering Gate 1.

NOTE: HAVE YOUR TEAM MEET SOMEWHERE BEFORE GOING

GATE 1.

ARRIVAL TIME:

The Cardinals ask that everyone be there by 4:45 pm.

Please line up along the wall near Gate 1.

After the Gate 1 is opened, you may file in to the Stadium

and line up for the parade.

GENERAL RULES:

All players must be in uniform.

Only players and two coaches are allowed in the parade.

Due to enhanced security procedures, no strollers, bags,

backpacks, fanny packs, coolers can be brought in the park.

The players and coaches must to have their tickets with them

when they enter the park where their ticket will be scanned.

NOTE:   ONLY BAA ISSUED TICKETS WILL BE ALLOWED FOR ENTRY.

Teams must stay on the warning track and keep the parade moving PLEASE DO NOT STOP THE MOVEMENT OF THE PARADE

Coaches are responsible for the conduct of their players.  After

the parade, the coaches will escort the players directly to their seats.

NOTE:  THERE ARE NO RESTROOMS NEAR THE ASSEMBLY

AREA - PREPARE ACCORDINGLY.

Parents are encouraged to come to the edge of the field for

photo ops of their player.  SECTIONS  128  &  130

Parents may wait outside of SECTION 130 at the entrance of the

ramp to meet their son or daughter.
