Any weather issues/rainout info will be provided via text to the cell phone numbers that the coaches provided on the registration form and be posted to BAA's website.
The tournament directors reserve the right to change the tournament format, time limits, or other aspects so that the tournament may be completed. Teams will be refunded money according to the refund schedule for any games lost due to format changes because of weather or any other unforeseen circumstance. The tournament director for this tournament is Seth Mouser.
